I am now very confused. And irritated.
I just renewed Package 11 for six months on May 11, 2021. Of which, you accepted my payment - knowing full well that I connect to Gain as my broker.
From a technical perspecive, Sierra Chart is an amazing - and arguably far superior retail platform - to any others on the market. But the customer support is lacking. When did you decide to no longer support Gain? And why was I not notified of this fact, when renewing on 5/11/2021? You dropped Rithmic support last December for my other broker. So I have to buy a different platform to trade there. And now my main broker isn't being supported either? Please clarify how you plan to rectify this situation. And if it cannot be done, then how you will issue a refund as I will need to find a new platform for my trading. Thank you.
