We just tested this to ensure that there is not a problem, and we are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. We took the OHLC Width % down to 10% and the Open/Close markers adjusted appropriately. Please ensure that you are modifying the correct OHLC Width % based on whether you are using the Chart Graphics Settings or the Global Graphics Settings for that specific chart.
