I am only trading ES. I have read the real-data texts. I have PAID for Service Pack 5. I have signed the CME documents and were approved. I still DO NOT receive real time data. I am using currently Ninja Trader & TD Ameritrade real time data, and I was able to set it up by myself but I cannot figure your system Every paid system that I am aware of has customer service. If you are not willing to help please refund my money. |
