I am confused by your comment relating to the required update: 2021-06-03: Due to changes related to exchange compliance, CME historical data will no longer be accessible through the DTC Protocol server in Sierra Chart. To continue to be able to use the File >> New Instance feature after June 15, 2021, it is necessary that you update to version 2268 or higher. I am a transact / Infinity Futures customer. How does this affect me? Do I need to do anything else beyond updating to version 2268? I have no idea what File / New Instance means or does. I called Infinity Futures and they had no idea either. So it is not clear if that applies to me as transact user or not. After updating to 2268, I got this message: TransAct Connection Type is Simulated Live. Change in 'File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Connection Type'. I looked at Service settings & I see that this is what it says. So please advise me if there is anything I need to do before 15 June. thank you.
