Hi I have subscribed to Denali and activated the real time data for CME. The Denali is paid until 24th June 2021 I am not receiving Bid Vol/Ask Vol for ES (E mini S&P 500 Futures) even though CME Globex charges have also been paid and activated. The NBs are showing 0 X 0 and the correct live prices are not received even though there is no connection problem. I did indicate that my futures brokers are AMP as well as IB. The Global settings for DTS are set to Yes for "allow support for SC data feeds" Please help Thanks
