John, I resubmitted the agreements, this time entering "unemployed" into the categories that I entered "N/A" into before. Then I refreshed my page but was still considered a "professional" according to Sierra Charts. I proceeded to try and activate the U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS) exchange but was still met with the same error message. Is there a certain waiting period before my status is updated? I would very much appreciate the assistance. Thank you, Andy Nguyen |
