Hello, my broker is Ninja Trader (Dorman) and I have subscribed to Eurex and CME real time data via CQG for a few months. While the CME data flow has been working fine with Sierra Chart (2268), the Eurex data are no longer available (despite my valid subscription). This issue occurred today and the Ninja help desk claimed that from their perspective everything was ok, referring to Sierra Chart. Do you have any problem with Eurex data? What can I do?
