It may help if the OEC users that rely on backfill data with the OEC/Sierra combination could get more information on exactly what is the source of the problem. Most of us would contact OEC directly and raise this as an OEC problem that needs attention and resolution on their end. This will help eliminate OEC just pointing the finger back to Sierra.
