What you are seeing is how Sierra Chart works. You have your Session Start time set to 22:00, which means that it is going to start the Trading Day at 22:00 of the prior day and then continue through to 21:59:59 of the current day. Since the TPO charts only display the Start Time of the TPO, you see the day associated with the start time of 22:00:00.
