The only way to do what you are asking for is to ensure the amount of time in both charts is the same (i.e. the one day from 17:00 - 16:59) with the bars being the same amount of time in both charts. Then use the Study/Price Overlay and set the option for Match Source Bars to Destination Bars is set to No. Then it will just line up bars starting at the beginning and going forward.
