hi, I have a problem with connection to Transact...I can't connect with version 2253 64 bit... Thay are not quite eager to help so I am openning a new account with Advantage . i have read your post regarding future support services for Transact so my question is should I be able to connect to Transact with latest version or not? Can I send Message log for analysis? - pls send me a name of supported engeneer. I also need to buy Denali data feed and if I upgrade package can I run 2 Sierras on different IP adresses and maschinse, i.e. myself in hotel in Germany and Colegue of mine in our Office in Croatia. What do I need to do for that? (two separate subscriptions and two Denalis?) Thank you Srecko |
