We are not really sure what you are trying to tell us given the images that you have provided. In particular, when we look at images named: - SSC_Bug_Orders_02_MYM.jpeg - SSC_Bug_Orders_02_RTY.jpeg These look just fine. The orders are showing on all the charts that have the same symbol, as they should. When we look at the image named: - SSC_Bug_Orders_01.jpeg We do not see what the exact problem is that you are referencing. The chart in the bottom left is for the symbols F.US.RTYM21/F.US.M2KM21, whereas the chart on the bottom right is for the symbols F.US.YMM21/F.US.MYMM21. Therefore, these are different symbols and will therefore show different positions. The only thing that we can really understand is that it sounds like an order was placed, but then disappeared and when the Stop was hit, it then actually opened a new position. You would need to look through your Trade Activity Log to see what happened with this particular case.
