Dear Support Team,

I've been pretty absent for 1-2 months and now turned on my SierraChart, and the historical data does not download, the charts do not update, and I'm confused on how do I repair this.

When I open the application I am greeted with this error in the middle of my chart screen (see attached).

As I understand my account still has the Denali feed paid until May 19th.
