There are no built-in order types that can do what you are asking. You may be able to accomplish what you want with the Spreadsheet Study for Trading, but honestly, it sounds like you would be best off looking at the specifics of when you are placing one order versus the other and then just entering that order based on the conditions. Depending on the complexity of your requirements, you may need to use ACSIL for it.
