Out of Bounds array errors are generally harmless, but personally I don't like having errors just randomly around. And if this is something caused by Sierra Chart software, then we will want to fix it.

In the meantime, we assume that you say it is causing you issues with your trading since the Message Log keeps popping up on you. So refer to the following setting:
General Settings Window: Never Automatically Open Message Log or Trade Service Log (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)
