a. There is nothing to upgrade with regards to Sierra Chart. Assuming you have a 64-bit computer and Operating System, then you have both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Sierra Chart already on your system. You would just need to run the 64-bit version by finding it in your main Sierra Chart folder. It will have the name SierraChart_64. You can then copy and paste a shortcut to it on your desktop. b. 32-bit studies will NOT work with 64-bit Sierra Chart. You need to ensure that you have the 64-bit studies from Intuitive Sigma. Also make sure that the studies have been setup to work with the current releases of Sierra Chart. We do not know how far back you are on releases, but there were some changes about a year ago for which 3rd party studies needed to be updated. c. This is something you would need to ask Intuitive Sigma about. ----------------- We also recommend updating your Sierra Chart software to the current version, just to make sure you are up-to-date. As long as you have checked with Intuitive Sigma that you can use their software with the current release, then you can update by starting the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart as we described above, and then selecting Help >> Download Current Release. Then go through the installation process on the window that comes up for installation.
