You need to re-do the exchange agreements, as you did not enter your FCM/Broker information. You need to enter this information in order to be able to qualify as a non-professional for the CME group. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges You will then also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account in order to make a verification of the account. Until you complete both of the above, you will not be able to get real-time data.
