The issue may be related to a change in the configuration file we made in 2207, where the configuration is now stored in Sierra4.config. So, if you are not sending the chartbook using the File >> Send File to User, but are sending these separately, then if you are both on versions greater than 2207, then you would need to send the Sierra4.config file. If you are using the File >> Send File to User and are still having an issue, let us know. This should be sending the correct file, unless one of you is on pre-2207 and the other is post-2207.
