The implication of this is that you are actually at the end of the chart. So when you select Play it doesn't have anything to replay, so it flips back to the "Play" button. How are you starting the Replay? Are you entering a start Date/Time or are you scrolling the chart back to an earlier time? Just be very careful one time and double check where you are starting the replay and see if you have the same issue and let us know.
