That still does not change the fact that there is a network connectivity issue somewhere. It is not a Sierra Chart server problem.

Maybe the disconnections are more obvious with Sierra Chart.

We actually see 194 disconnections in this log. That is definitely a network connectivity issue.

Maybe it would help to use port 443 only by enabling this option:
