The last time you connected to your trading account from within Sierra Chart was on March 16, 2021. Therefore, your account verification date was last set at April 16, 2021. This is why you are getting the delayed data now. You need to connect to your trading account through Sierra Chart.

It looks like you were setup with AMP as your broker and they had you using Sierra Chart Order Routing Service previously. They stopped support for that order routing service about 2 months ago, and they were moving everyone to CQG. They should have informed you of this.

If you do not have your CQG information, then talk to AMP about this. Once you have your CQG credentials, then you will go through the following instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
