The specific issue that the previous poster had has not been resolved. In that you still can not use the Hand Tool and be able to toggle the crosshairs on/off. You can have the crosshairs show up when left-clicking to use the hand tool, but as soon as you let up on the left-button the crosshairs will go away. You would have to switch to the Crosshairs or some other tool to be able to get the crosshairs to stay on screen without the left-button down.
