AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about 2 months ago. They should have informed you of this and told you that they were moving your account to use CQG for order routing. If you are not familiar with this, then you need to talk to AMP.

In the end, you will get a set of credentials to login to CQG. Once you have these, then go through the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG:

Once the above setup is complete, then you will want to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, this will change your symbols to the CQG symbols.
