Regarding this issue, based upon further analysis, and we will look at this further, this has been determined to be a filesystem I/O performance issue at the time. Why that developed that Sunday evening we do not know. We then distributed the files among multiple drives and we also disabled the downloading of historical data on data feed startup Sunday evening which is not necessary because there is nothing to download prior anyway. The data feed processes are so reliable, that there is not a need to download historical data, upon connection because they are always up and running.
