hey thanks again for your reply, here is something I copied off your message board so you can have a more clear understanding of what I am talking about since before this I normally just deposit money and start trading and this seems to have a few more steps to initially get started. Notice: Users can experience disconnection issues when using CQG. This can cause a risk with trading. We recommend that new users or users trading the CME Group of markets only, use the Sierra Chart Order Routing service with Data instead of CQG if you just require CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX trading only. Sierra Chart as of November 1, 2019, will only provide support to CQG users within our discretion. We are not able to help with data lagging issues, disconnection issues, or other types of data issues encountered. Ok, So I have funded my AMP account today via wire transfer, They have emailed me letting me know they have received the money and are in the process of setting up my CQG account for order routing. I have not heard back from them and its been about two hrs but I have read that I can use seirra charts for order routing as well as data. I would prefer it that way if at all possible. Can you please advise on how to proceed? thanks in advance. Update: before I sent the message, I noticed that my CQG info has arrived, I have my user name and password. It says I can use these creds wherever CQG/AMP is accepted on trading platforms. Since I already have a user name with seirra charts, how do I link everything? |
