All of the open charts ALREADY are denoted as having the symbol CME_Fo-6E-CME_20130600_6EM3 listed on them. None of the charts have the incorrect symbol. How did you confirm this as the problem when all of these charts already have the lowercase "o" and NOT the uppercase "O"(in other words I'm seeing something different than what you claim). Plus think about it, if these charts had the wrong symbol, then why are they able to be updated when forced using 'Edit/download data - intraday chart' feature? Likely need to delete and then re-install your product because I notice that every time you make programming changes to include features I don't need, issues occasionally occur and you have pre-warned everyone that this could happen.
