If I forget to do the monthly verification I am simply put on delay rather than suddenly getting charged exorbitant CME professional fees for real time data. Is that correct?
Yes, this is correct, as you still have the Non-Professional exchange active, but you are unable to get the data from it, so instead you get the delayed streaming data.
