Then please do the following:
- Again, make sure you have the active chart as the one that has the market depth issue.
- Select Chart >> Chart Settings
- Select the tab for Advanced Settings 3
- Under "Maximum Market Depth Levels" (toward the bottom of the page), let us know if this is set to 100. If so, change it to 0 and this will solve your problem.
