Also since this affected just one server, you could have selected File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed and that would have resolved the problem for most users but not all. You would have been changed to the next available server. It might have been necessary to do this more than once though. We will make a change so in all cases there will be an iteration to the next server, for all users. Once again this is an extremely unusual issue and it is not something which we have had before. We have not been responding to the posts on this board because we have been working on the issue. That is the reason. It takes time to respond to the posts when there are many of them.
