Here is the problem:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled

Therefore, you were getting delayed data, but what you were seeing was that the historical data had downloaded, therefore it was showing you a price from 10 minute prior.

Do the following:
1. Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select the tab at the top for Common Settings and then click on the No beside the entry for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to change it to a Yes.

2. Select OK to close that window.

3. Select File >> Disconnect

4. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.
