If both accounts are accessible through your single CQG login, then both accounts will be listed in the Account field of the Trade Window. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) In which case you do not want to use a Sub-Instance to be able to trade both accounts. Rather you would want to install a separate installation of Sierra Chart on the same computer. There are no additional fees for doing this.
