Hi please see attached photos of missing data. The first pic shows no cumulative delta info. It resets every time I open Sierra chart. This has only started happening after April began a week ago. The second pic shows missing price data. This also started recently in April. I have done all this (Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data) and it did not fix it. I am using AMP futures (CQG account) and the Denali data feed. Suddenly it is saying that I am a professional here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed I am not a professional. I dont know if these issues are linked. Can you please assist?
