This is the correct symbol: CME_Fo-6E-CME_20130600_6EM3 This one is not: CME_FO-6E-CME_20130600_6EM3 You have to look among all of your open charts and make certain you use the first symbol. After this, reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. We have confirmed this is the problem. We have done testing and we do not see how if the symbol is selected from the list, the O would become uppercase. If you did not hand modify it, we are not sure how it happened.
