I was charting ES-$INX this morning when it stopped updating about 9:11am. Subsequently it seems to have updated to about 10am but stopped again. The symbol is available under File-Find Symbol but I see that it's not listed specifically in the docs for Market Statistics, not sure if that has any bearing on it. Both it's components updated all day.
