It looks like you made the connection to your CQG account, and then it appears you changed your Service setting back to SC Data - All Services. As such, the symbol for that service setting is ESM21-CME.

You should open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to ensure that you have the correct symbols for the service that you have currently selected.

But, note that you have only the NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange active, therefore you will NOT get real-time data for the E-Mini S&P 500 (ES) as it is traded on the CME exchange.
