You are setup to receive Real-Time data for the CME exchange through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The symbol that is shown in your Message Log is AMZN which is a stock symbol. You are NOT setup to get Real-Time data from us for stocks. If you want to get Real-Time data for stocks, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange.
