1., 2. The only solution to this is to set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to the SC Futures Order Routing Service. And then select Edit >> Refresh Log. Should I do the switch to CQG, or can I remain at 'SC Data-All Services' for my Data/Trade Service Settings?
