Ah i see im starting to understand the nuance of this feature. It looks like it will keep any prior data downloaded through SC Data. Once i disable "Allow SC Feed", it will use start using IB data. If I "delete and download data", it will also pull from IB. Am I understanding this correctly? I tend to pull a lot of data so i was having a lot of issues with IB stalling when adding new symbols, but i think i can work around this if i understand its behavior. The other thing that threw me off is that sc.Bid and sc.Ask returns 0 when I have IB set up this way. I need this to see the current spread. Is there a way to still pull this info? |
