You need to keep the option "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes". We do not have Delayed Streaming data for U.S. Equities. What you are getting is the way the data is available when you are not getting the Real-Time data. It will update every n minutes as defined in your Data/Trade Service Settings and will be delayed data.
