I had a similar issue when comparing my footprint charts with a friend. He uses CQG and I use Denali. Finally I figured out the problem. Go to: Global Settings >> Data/Trade service settings click on the second tab Common settings and set Intraday data storage time unit to 1 tick. I bet its currently set to 1 second, which is what is causing your issue. Let me know if that solved your problem. |
