When you were using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service you did have to get your data through us. Now that you are using CQG, you could get the data from CQG, although we do recommend staying with the Sierra Chart data. We have much more historical data and it is guaranteed to work with Sierra Chart since it is our own data feed. Overall we have seen lots of issues with CQG data and do not like the impression that it can give that it is a Sierra Chart issue. It definitely can be related to the data feed. And you would also need to be careful of when you added the Pulling/Stacking to the chart if you are looking at data that is further away from the current price. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
