hi, I use amp, CQG as a broker, but I use the Denali exchange as well as sierra charts market depth. I have a friend that doesn't play for the Denali nor sierra charts market depth data, yet he is still able to use the system. should I be paying for both of these? or have I been overpaying for months.
We can not say. It is a personal issue based on how you trade. If you do not use the Market Depth, then you would not need it.

If you decide to change your exchange option, just be aware that you are charged the full amount for the month whenever you activate the exchange. So you would want to "Deactivate" your current exchange now, which just sets it to not automatically renew next month - you will still get the data through the remainder of this month. Then on April 1, you would activate the new exchange.

secondly-> my friend uses CQG data, and his levels for pulling and stacking on the dom are vastly different than mine, despite us having the same settings. his data seems to be more clear and show far more pulling than mine does, and I was wondering why this is.
We assume this is a different friend, as the one above does not have Market Depth, therefore would not have the pulling/stacking capability.

Most likely this is just due to the Chart Update Interval as his DOM may update more frequently. The best way to look at this is to open a Trading DOM and then update the Chart Update Interval on just that Trading DOM (select Chart >> Chart Settings on the Trading DOM window), so you are not affecting the overall chart. Refer to the information here:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)
