Hello,

My feed stopped updating on my charts a couple hours ago even though all of my agreements are signed and my services are paid current. Can you please look into this and help me get this resolved quickly so that I will have live charts for trading tomorrow. I also just saw the recent requests from the Sierra Charts support team for confirmation of my Futures Trading Account and I'm not sure if this has created issues with my feed. I do have an active and funded futures trading account with TD Ameritrade. I trade directly through TD Ameritrade's Think or Swim platform. I used to have the account linked to my Sierra Charts account but Sierra Charts stopped supporting their feed so I just purchase the Denali Exchange Feed these days. I have always routed my orders directly through the Think or Swim platform though.

Again, any prompt support here to re-establish the live feed into my charts will be much appreciated.
