Yah so I figured out a work around because sierra charts was of no help to my on this topic. Essentially I used a program called jitbit which is an auto script writer you can do a series of commands(ie hit chart setting and enter the tick size you want for a chart) and it will record and preform them from you automatically. I then assigned a macro to it so I press a set of key combinations and the script get initiated doing what I want it to do. Jitbit is paid but there are a bunch of free programs that essentially do the same thing auto hot key, and others just do a search macro script creators. Sierra I want to see more motivation from you guys I encourage you to step up and master a new level of customer support that is above and beyond, not mediocre.
