So in case that I have AMP as broker and I have the Order Routing Service with Sierra Chart (+ obviously the Denali Data Feed), then the 0,1$ per side would be billed in my Sierra Chart, is correct? Normally, yes, but since AMP is no longer supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing, this is not even possible. For exemple, if in 1 week, I execute 200 contracts of the ES futures (200 buys and 200 sells), it means that I will be charged 20020,1 = 40$ in my Sierra Chart Service Balance ? Again. Yes, this would be correct. But it is not possible with AMP. If you were to get setup with a different broker that supports the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then it would work as you have stated.
