We think there is some confusion on what Denali is. Denali is just a Data Feed. You can use the Denali Data Feed with any trading service that we support. You were previously using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which used TT in the back-end to place orders. With that service, you were also using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. AMP has stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, and in doing so, they are moving those customers to using CQG for their order routing. This is why we ask about whether you have received CQG credentials. You can (and should) continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the CQG order routing. At this time, you just need to get with AMP and see if they have moved you to CQG. If they have, then once you get the CQG credentials let us know and we will direct you from there.
