Presently Have Denali Date Feed Paid Time Available But Cannot Access It

I have paid time available (balance of this month) for Denali Data Feed through SC and would like to use it.
Amp (apparently) has made some changes in my settings so that I cannot access the SC "Global Trade Settings" in Data Trader Service Settings. It seems to be replaced by an Amp form.

I need assistance in being able to re-access the Data Trade Service settings that I presently cannot, and then regain access to the time remaining for Denali usage this month. I expect it likely that I will switch back to SC's Denali and continue with it after this month.

Thanks much.

The problem is that you need to change the Service setting to CQG WebAPI and then enter your Username and Password for CQG.

We have some new windows and it sounds like you are having trouble using them. Refer to the information at the following link for how to interact with the Service Setting specifically:
Settings Windows Interface: Item List (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options)

So go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings to open that window, and then select the Service setting per the above information and change that to CQG WebAPI, the select the A button to the right of that selection. After you do that, you will see the Username and Password options below that setting.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I appreciate your responsiveness very much.

What I really want to accomplish at this point is to reset data service to the Denali and use it this month (which has been paid for). Meantime, I expect to add additional funds to my account to pay for the Denali going forward.

I am looking at the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, but I am not seeing where I can toggle to the Denali.

I do see this option: "Use Market Data Direct From Primary Server"
and that phrase is followed by "Yes"

What I don't see is a choice of data sources, i.e, Denali thru SC, or CQG.

Is there another window that contains the data service options?

The first thing you need to do is to change that Service to "CQG WebAPI". Then enter your CQG credentials in the Username and Password items that will show up below, as we stated above.

After you do that, select the tab at the top of that same window for "Common Settings". Make sure that the option for "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". This is the setting that ensures that you will receive the Denali data instead of the CQG data.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Maybe I'm asking the wrong question.

In the (new) Data/Trade Service Settings Window, for "Curent Selected Service (List)" I see "SC Data - All Services [Data]"
and "SC Futures Order Routing/Data (trading)". I expect the latter one, "SC Futures Order....(trading)" is the one I want,
and it is the one shown to be currently active. It doesn't identify itself as "Denali".

I expect the "SC Futures Order Routing/Data (trading)" is the one I want. However, my trading charts reflect that I am receiving
"delayed" data. It doesn't identify the source of the delayed data. I want to select Denali Data (which I've already paid for)
and I want the data to be live.

Please advise what I need to do differently/additionally to receive live Denali Data.

Thank you again.

John, I just re-read your post above and see that I was skipping/missing some of your instructions.
Amp has not provided me with CQG login credentials to my knowledge. I will check with them.

Yes, they should have changed you to CQG a few weeks ago when all the issues with the order routing with TT occurred. AMP is no longer supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. So you will be using CQG for Order Routing.

But you can (and will) get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you follow the instructions we gave you, you will then be all setup.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

As I understand it, Amp has a workaround for the TT issue.

I have a request into Amp right now. I am not sure what they have me connected to, CQG or Denali on a delayed basis.
They certainly did not provide me with CQG login credentials.

If I am presently on Denali delayed data, will my SC account name and password get me into the area I need to access to set up the Denali live?

Am I correct that the TT issue is not an issue at this point?
If Denali is to be used with the Amp TT work around, would I be better off just using the standard SC data?
I do want to respect your time and bring this thread to an end.

Thank you for your help.

We think there is some confusion on what Denali is. Denali is just a Data Feed. You can use the Denali Data Feed with any trading service that we support.

You were previously using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which used TT in the back-end to place orders. With that service, you were also using the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

AMP has stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, and in doing so, they are moving those customers to using CQG for their order routing.

This is why we ask about whether you have received CQG credentials.

You can (and should) continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the CQG order routing.

At this time, you just need to get with AMP and see if they have moved you to CQG. If they have, then once you get the CQG credentials let us know and we will direct you from there.

John, presently I'm set to move forward with SC & Denali.
I'm no longer using the CQG data.
Am a little unclear about CQG order routing.
Have been reading SC help instructions, but with the new data/trade service settings window it is difficult to determine exactly how to set it up. Also, while working on the process I accidentally corrupted my Instance 1 settings window.
Any help you can provide to clear this up will be appreciated.

Refer to step 8 for the updated screenshot for the new Settings Window for CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

And that section has all the necessary set up instructions for CQG.

Also refer to the instructions here:

I have acquired CQG trading credentials and believe the Data/Trade Service Settings Window is properly configured
(wouldn't stake my life on it).

My instance 1 window now shows a chart (not a black hole any more).

I need to roll over the ES contract. I expect I am to use the CME contract nomenclature that SC uses, and not
the nomenclature that CQG uses (but maybe this is wrong).

If you would take a look at my setup as it is now, I'm believe it's about ready to go. If you find that it is,
then I will rollover the present expired contract and go from there.

Appreciative of the assistance provided.

We do not have the ability to see the settings you are using in Sierra Chart. You just need to go through the instructions here:

Regarding rolling over a futures contract, refer to:

Data is not flowing to Instance 1. Something is amiss in the settings.
Would very much appreciate help in completing the work I've done to return to Denali Data
and have it work with CQG in place of TT.

John had mentioned helping me once I got to this point and that would be great.
