You need to change the Service setting to "CQG WebAPI". To do this just select the area where it says "SC Futures Order Routing/Data". Refer to the information at the following link for how to work with the new windows and that particular item list box type: Settings Windows Interface: Item List (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
