1.Yes, you can get the level 2 data for stocks with Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Accessing Level 2 / Market Depth Data for Stocks 2. When we come out with our new data feed for stocks, it will include level 2 data. This is still a few months away.
