I have a Denali Data Feed ($60/month) that I paid directly through Sierra Charts.

The data is delayed by 15 minutes for e-mini, symbol ESH21-CME.
I have checked other symbols.

Please advise.

You do not have any exchanges active. You need to first to do this here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

You also need to connect your trading account:
The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

We recommend using the above solution in any case to avoid this problem in the future.

I am not sure I understand. Do I need to pay extra $31/month for exchange data? Then what is Denali then? I have AMP Futures account that I will fund. Isn't this enough?

What about Interactive Brokers, which I have and it is funded. Can I use them for futures trading using Denali Data Feed?

The 31 USD is for one of the available exchange fees which you have to pay for real-time data regardless of the broker. Refer to:

First, you have activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you still have not activated any of the Exchanges, so you are not getting any real-time data from us. You need to activate an exchange on this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Second, you can use IB to trade both Futures and Stocks.

OK, I am working on it.

QUESTION:
Can I use Interactive Brokers (IB) Gateway vs TWS to Connect my Sierra Charts?
// Gateway is much more robust vs TWS

When I activate exchange with my Interactive Brokers account, can then switch to other broker, say, AMP Futures, if for whatever reason I am not happy with IB?

You can change brokers and continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You just need to make sure that you use a broker that supports one of the trading services that we connect to. AMP is one of these. This is just so you can qualify for the Non-Professional fees. Refer to the following supported services:

Got it setup for futures.

QUESTIONS:
(1) Can I see level 2 for stocks with Interactive Brokers?
(2) Will Sierra provide their stock level 1 and level 2 data in the nearest future?

Thank you,
Zbigniew

1.Yes, you can get the level 2 data for stocks with Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Accessing Level 2 / Market Depth Data for Stocks

2. When we come out with our new data feed for stocks, it will include level 2 data. This is still a few months away.

ONE more question:

(1) Do I need stocks level 1 and level 2 data subscriptions from Interactive Brokers to have this data
available in Sierra Charts?

Thank you,

Just based on the names, we have to assume that the answer is Yes. That level 1 data is just the Best Bid and Ask and Level 2 is at least 10 additional levels of the Order Book. But you really need to verify this with IB.

Gentlemen, to piggyback off of this for further clarification:

I have a funded AMP account with nothing further enabled through them(cqg order routing only). For context, in equity trade i execute through another broker.

I am subscribed for package 11, all agreements relevant signed except for CME feed fee.

I am looking for live data for equities(nyse and nasdaq) plus ES top of book.

Can you clarify for me so I am not double billed on the fee side that everything can be completed through SC directly now(exchange fees for data). I do not* need to pay exchange fee through AMP separately, correct? Or do I?

I have* read several board posts a few times over but would like to be absolutely certain. It seems I started converting on the cusp of the recent changes. Thank you very much

The first thing we want to point out is that in order to get the U.S. Equities data, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange. Note that this just has Level 1 data and does not include any Level 2 data. Refer to the information here (Setup Instructions are on the same page):
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Apart from the above, everything else is correct and you just need to activate the exchange you want in the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Again, since you state that you just need the Top of Book, you should then activate the "Full CME Group for NonProfessionals" which costs $3.25.

And in answer to your other question, you do not need to get data from any other source. You should be sure to let AMP know that you do not need/want the CQG data and make sure they do not bill you for it.

I am using IB now - how do I change it in Sierra system?

Thank you,
Zbigniew

Do not worry about that. That was just for the agreements and as long as you continue to have a funded futures trading account that we can verify, then it is not necessary to update that specific information.
